One of the chosen MALE tennis players will be chosen to also perform the ‘hug’ on a second shoot day. Shoot: 26th and 30th January the other player only needed for 26th. The shoot on 30th is a slightly different version for same campaign – however 1 buyout will cover both versions. The player who shoots on 30th will be able to lift a woman who plays his mother CASTING WILL BE AT AN INDOOR TENNIS COURT IN THE AFTERNOON MON 23RD

FOOTBALL OFFICIALS X 3 - WALK ON (Male) WILL WANT TO SEE AT CASTING MORNING OF MON 23RD MEN IN SUITS- IN THEIR 50’S/ CLEAN SHAVEN / SHORT NEAT HAIR – LOOK AS THOUGH THEY CAN AFFORD A ROLEX SHOOT 30TH JAN £200 BSF

We will be filming and taking stills on the shoot day(s). Anything filmed or photographed on the shoot day will be included in the bsf and usage terms set out below. We will require the chosen tennis players to practise their designated shot prior to the shoot date at no extra fee. Wardrobe will be provided. No clearly visible tattoos on arms or legs please (that clearly show when wearing normal tennis gear – shorts, skirts, short sleeve shirts etc) Please note that the final images chosen will be treated with a blue wash, so even featured faces may be slightly obscured. TERMS By attending the casting session, all talent and their agents (if applicable) agree to all stipulations and terms stated in this casting brief. Fee - £500 bsf (10 hour day excluding travel and lunch) per shoot day. All media – all edits/versions/cutdowns. £50 per hour overtime if required. Wardrobe Call Fee (if applicable) - £55 - up to two hours from wardrobe calltime

Usage (if clearly recognizable in tv or print) - £2500 buyout – two years UK TV and ROI All media. If the artist is NOT clearly facially recognizable in the final tv or print campaign, the £500 bsf will be a final one off payment.

Usage will be paid only if the artist is featured within the commercial(s) and their face is clearly recognisable. Usage will only be paid if the commercial(s) is/are aired or uploaded in a commercial capacity. All usages terms start from the first tv/print airdate or online upload, whichever is sooner.

Travel to and from the location on the shoot day will be provided be it train or taxi – whichever is the quickest mode of transport based on call and wrap times. If the artist lives outside the M25, he/she will be responsible at his/her own cost to get to a station or pick up point within the M25 early enough to be transported to the shoot location.

If the commercial(s) is/are aired in any other country, the standard PMA usage percentage for each country would be paid based on the artist’s bsf

If any further years’ usage buyouts are required, the original usage buyout fee plus a 10% uplift will be paid in addition to the buyouts quoted above for these additional years’ usages.

All agent fees to be included in the above fees.

A contract will be supplied by the advertising agency. No other contract supplied by the agent or any other third party will supersede this contract, unless clearly discussed and agreed by all parties in advance.
