JOB: Anti-Bullying Production

LOCATION: Primary School Tour

CASTING DATE: 11th December

RATE: 350.00 per week

• ‘Just Joshing ‘ is our new anti-bullying production for primary schools.

• Clear, captivating with a powerful anti-bullying message Just Joshing is aimed at children from 6 – 11

• Full of audience participation, the witty and engaging script demonstrates that bullying can devastate lives.

• Looking to cast actors who has experience and an enthusiasm for working with children and can deal with the demands of touring.

• This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at a time of expansion

• The tour will be in a different county, each week.

• A weeks break during tour, 13th – 17th February, as of half term

• Superb accommodation will be provided throughout the tour. .

• I can only consider applicants 23 or over and who hold a full driving licence, as you will be required to drive a transit van.

ROLE: JOSH

Josh an upbeat school boy, unexpectedly finds himself the target of bullying.

Actors will need to be clean shaven for this role

This role involves ‘Josh’ also playing his teacher Mr Beresford

Age 23-35 male

ROLE: JACK

Is the school bully. The production follows him on his journey as he faces up to the consequences of his actions.

Actors will have to be clean shaven for this role

Age 23-30 male

ROLE: DOTTY

Dotty is the bully’s not so innocent sidekick.

Age 23-30 female
